E-learning is the future of education. Bold statement? I don't think so.

In the last decade, internet users increased by 450 percent, according to InternetWorldStats.com. The number of students taking online courses has increased an equal number. That's no surprise when you think about it. E-learning has exploded in the last few years, and it makes sense.

Blair Gardner, editor of CertificationMap.com, sent me a graphic he created that illustrates this explosion in e-learning. He calls it an infographic, and it is indeed a stunning visual of the e-learning phenomenon.
